Phone dropped in Water, text messages gone but not on mac.

So is there anyway i can transfer the messages from my mac to my phone. i was warned to back up my phone but i never did. For the people wondering how my phone got wet here it is. So i was trying out for swimming, i try out and 15 minutes later i figure out my phone is still in my pocket, i don't get why i didnt notice, i have a mophie case on it and it was heavy. But i backed it up last month but somehow my apps didnt back up onto it. buy apple car guys if u can, i never thought i would need it but i did. One day you would be tired and forget you left it in your swim trunks and will loose feelings of your body and won't feel your phone and jump into the pool and swim for a long time. buy it for your phone plz!!
 
Well you could bring it to a iPhone data recovery place to retrieve data. They sometimes only charge you if they record data. No data no charge. Good luck!
 
If you rule out the very expensive professional data recovery services, there is no way to recover sms without proper backups. Unless you phone is not entirely dead, you are out of luck.
 
As indicated by others... a long story of no value.

As to the problem, it is not clear. Are the messages on your MAC? Post is very confusing.
 
No way to transfer them back (sync) short of using a back up that you don't have. Look at the bright side, you still have them on your Mac.

You mentioned you have a back up but didn't back up the apps? That should be fine just re download the apps, you'll need to do that anyway or am I misinterpreting you?
