My iPhone 3gs got a little bit wet from the sweat of my glass near the charger jack & speaker/mic yesterday. I examined the sensors and they're still white. However, today my audio stopped working on the phone - I couldn't hear anything from the speaker OR the earpiece. I'm not sure if this is related to the water because the earpiece didn't work either...

I turned it off then back on, it works now.

I was wondering if I may encounter future problems? Or is this common anyway? I'd rather not have to take it to the store & deal with not having it for a while. Anyone had any experience?

Thanks. :)

If the speaker give you any more problems you can bring it in for an exchange.
Offcourse sweat or any kind of liquid is not good for electronics at all. You're lucky your sensors are still white so you shouldnt have any probs exchanging it if you need to.
