phone i can not hear the incoming calls and only when i click on speaker

I can not hear the ring when i dial out and i put my finger on the small speaker it does not turns of the lcd.
and my phone i can not hear the incoming calls and only when i click on speaker i can hear them.
any help appreciated
wat is wrong with my phone

Sounds like the ribbon cable on the proximity sensor/earpiece. Not a difficult fix really.
