Was on a few calls today, a couple conference calls for work (I worked from home) and also a call to Verizon customer support using the earbuds. On every call the person had occasional times they'd fade in and out.
When I would disconnect the headphones and talk into the phone or via speaker phone, everything was crystal clear with no fade, so I don't suspect it was a bad cell connection which is what I thought at first.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could I have a defective unit? Maybe because I was sitting near a cpu, monitor, and other electronics?
Oh, to add, also listened to music on them for a while with no issue.
