Phone keeps restarting

I downloaded iBlacklist from Cydia, after I rebooted, the "enter passcode" screen would come up, but I cant press anything and the phone just keeps restarting

my computer detects the phone and I went in to delete the iBlacklist folder under applications but that didnt work

any other files I can delete to make it work?
