iPhone 11 Pro Phone keypad tones (DTMF) now short rather than long

I’m on my 11 Pro and now when I’m pressing selections during customer service calls, for example, the tone is that quick short bleep rather than the long one it’s always been. Apparently rhese are called DTMF Any ideas?
