Looking for a way to manage my phone memory better.

I have the 5c 16gb and I only have about 200mb free. When I check usage this is just due to apps and photos.

Is there a way or an app that will make all photos save by default to iCloud? It seems when I have iCloud photos turned on, all of my photos and any other devices photos are all sync'd locally. I don't want this. I don't understand how it can't just show the library as an online library and why everything needs to sync locally, kind of defeats the object of paying for more iCloud storage.

Don't want to delete them locally either as I'm worried it'll delete from iCloud too!

Also, does anyone know of any apps to clear of app cache data etc? When I check usage it says 4.5gb for photos which leaves 11.5gb minus system partition whatever that is and the apps only add up to about 2gb?

Cheers

Deleting an app and reinstalling it will clear out its cached data.
