Phone not auto connecting to bluetooth (srs-x5 bluetooth speaker)

phone not auto connecting to bluetooth (srs-x5 bluetooth speaker)
my sony speaker which is paired to the iphone 5s device pairs but when i turn off bluetooth and back on, it doesnt automatically pair

i have manually either press the device name on the ios device or press the bluetooth button on the speaker for it reconnect. anyway of fixing this?
