hi i was wondering if anybody could help me with my phone.
basically I got it trapped in a door and the back frame bent , so its like a curve now.
it was working perfectly fine even after this impact, but I took the screen off to try and bend the frame back a bit so the screen doesn't stay popping out.
now ive put everything back together and the phone wont turn on at all, no matter how long I hold the power button

so I tried plugging it in and it stays on connect to iTunes, then iTunes says phone is in recovery mode so I restored it as iTunes said to do that.
now when it finished, the exact same thing happens. it doesn't turn on, and the same happens when you plug it in says its in recovery mode.

can anyone help me, it seems like I may have damaged something while the phone was apart.

thanks

Sounds like you've broken a couple of chips off when trying to bend it back.

It might be worth re-opening it to check all cables, etc, but it's probably beyond repair.

checked cables. definitely all in.
apple will swap it for a new one for £209 though, so I may have to go down that route. at least it means I wont have a huge bend in the phone
