Anyone else found that when clicking a "link" to a phone number (not an actual link where the author has control over the target, but an iPhone "smart" auto-turning-a-number-into-a-clickable-phone-number link) that the phone puts a + in front of the number? I get why it might do this for international number that was missing the +, but it happened for me with a domestic number that didn't want the + and so the call failed and I had to manually copy and paste the number into the phone app...

Further info: UK freephone number (0800.....) iPhone 12, ios14.1.
