Did anyone noticed thatt when dialling a number you get the new IOS 7 look big circles in the middle of the screen but when adding a phone number to contact it opens an IOS 6 look number pad in the lower part?

That's because it's a numeric keyboard, not a phone dialer. You'll see the same keyboard all over the OS wherever numeric-only inputs are required.

Actually I have to agree with the OP. It's inconsistent. Either make them all round (which you can't do on the contact page because it would eat up so much real estate) or make them all square/rectangle. I don't like the rounded numbers on the lock screen for the code or the dial pad. However, I don't see them changing that ever.
