Phone numbers in email

I've noticed for a few people I get emails from it shows their phone number at the top of the screen in apple's stock email app with an option to add to contacts. How can I ensure my number isn't being shown like this? It's for an email account I use for a blog I own and I don't want everyone knowing my number.

Is their email included in their message to you? Phone numbers don't go out automatically when emails are sent.

I did not think about that thanks so much. I scrolled through the emails that are like that and they did have a number in their signature so I guess it's pulling the number from that.
