Phone numbers in sim card?Wiping iphone

So I just sold my iphone but I will keep the sim card, are the phone numbers in there?
Is there a software to transfer them out?

No, they won't be on your SIM. I don't know if there is software that exports them to the SIM, I know there is software that imports from SIM to iPhone though.

Do you have another phone with bluetooth?

if so you can sync it to the sim using iSync (mac)

or the phone's actual software with windows...

that was my biggest complaint after i sold my iPhone and put my SIM in my temp phone, none ofmy contacts where there. Just another week of not knowing who I recieve texts or calls from. I am too lazy to input them all since I wont be using this phone that much longer.
