phone occasionally stops ringing

I used the GP jb to get my iphone 4 on 4.1 a few weeks ago without any issues except the following -- a couple times a week my phone stops ringing when i get a phone call (it will vibrate). Power cycling fixes it but it's frustrating. Searched but couldn't find anything, anyone have a fix for this?

Using PT jb now, same issue, no one else experience this?

I experience the same issue occasionally but not all the time. It really ticks me off when I'm getting an important call and can't answer the phone.
