Phone on the way but credit card not charged yet?

So I ordered a 6s shortly after pre-orders went live. My credit card was authorized to be charged for the full amount maybe like a week ago, but technically was never posted. The order's been preparing for shipment for a few days now and I was able to track it by UPS using my phone number. However I just checked my online banking a few minutes ago and the authorized charge has disappeared, nothing was posted and my available credit is back to full. What gives?
