Phone recognizes SIM but still shows connect to iTunes

I had a pwnd 2.0 iPhone, which I accidently put into recovery mode. I then restored it to official 2.0 firmware. Now my iphne shows the connect to itunes symbol, but it also detects any SIM i put into it. I am able to make and recieve calls. But the screen is stuck at the connect to itunes symbol.

What do I do?

Also, I am simply not able to boot into DFU...
