i had a program fonespy 2.0 that could listen in to phone conversations and record them but it wont work in osx or classic is there a alternative or even something i could use to listen in and i could use wiretap to record
 
This is illegal to do if the other party is not informed in some states, unless a court order has been received by a law enforcement agency. There are not many programs for this reason.

i want to use it it my own house dont ask why i just do
 
I went briefly looking for just such a program, but not for such a purpose as you propose. Instead, I wanted to record my OWN conversions.
I had a boss once that I really would have liked to have had a recorded conversations with...

I don't know much about international law, but it is just a heads-up. A basic google search hits rock bottom...

Remember, even if you accidentally record the conversation (even with a Windoze PC) you can still get in big trouble for it. I'm just making sure you know. Seems like you won't be able to anyways.
