Phone Reservation Pickup Question!

Just reserved my phone, yay!

My question is this... My apple store is in the local more and it says it will be ready for pickup at 7:00am, funny since the Mall doesn't open at that time.

But if I can't get there till about 1:00pm in the afternoon, is my phone now guaranteed to be there? Or should I make sure I get there when the store opens? I've now done the reserving before, so I just don't want to mess it up.
