Phone seems so slow to load

Whenever I leave my house from wifi it says lte but it takes forever to load pages it just stays there nothing moves then I get a circle and loose connection is this normal I thought this phone is suppose to be fast it can load when I'm on 3g

call your carrier you have a cellular data problem.
