Phone still rings with minimum volume

Hi. How do you guys have sounds in games with phone set on vibration only? I set up my 13P on minimum ringtone volume and Silent Switch off(so not on silent). But for some reason, even if the volume is down to zero, it still rings. Any other workaround?
