iPhone 16 Pro Max Phone Taking Hours to Backup

So I’ve been having weird bugs and issues since moving to the 16 Pro Max and I wanted to backup locally and do a restore os. iCloud backed up overnight but that took a bit. I am trying to backup to my computer but it’s terribly slow. I’m looking at possibly 3-5 hours at this rate!!!

Tried two different machines and several cables. Even using Apples TB4 cable!

What is the deal? My phone has 500 gb of data. I know it doesn’t take hours to move that much data.

What machines and what type of USB-A, USB-C, or TB-4 ports? What iPhone are you trying to backup?

It might but we need know the specs of the adapters in all devices.

Windows, one desktop, one laptop. All usbc. All using apples usbc tb4 cable. Took close to 7 hours

Maybe update iTunes to latest version if not already
