Phone thinks it’s managed by an org

Have you got any Configuration Profiles installed?

Go into Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.

Most likely a bug. It's been discussed in this thread:

Do a search for "Managed by your organization" to find those posts.

I had the same issue. Only way I could fix it was to “Reset all Settings”

As mentioned, maybe a bug, but, sure not managed? Using company's Outlook/Office, servers, other apps? If so, odds are have a profile/managed device. See @mblm85 post.
