I'm having some trouble with my iPhone 3G- 3G service is still really slow, touch screen is sometimes sluggish and I receive voicemails hours later.

I called and I reset the phone, it worked for a little and I just called again and I reset it in a different way....still not really working too well.

I have an appointment at the Genius Bar- what will they do to find the problem?

1. Check it for water damage
2. Restore your phone
3. Try to reproduce the problem
4. play with them selves for 5 min
5. give you a replacement

6. go home to discover you have the same problems with the exchange.... priceless :D

i read that the 3G problems have nothing to do with faultly hardware but problems with iPhone's OS. getting a new phone wont fix it. just wait for Apple to release firmware updates. im sure theyre working very hard right now with all the sh*t theyve got from the internets media.

Oh my god that was funny...I was at an Apple store last week waiting endlessly for my appointment. I watched one of the geniuses stare at the computer monitor in front of him with a bewildered look on his face for no less than 10 minutes straight. I don't think I ever saw him click the mouse or type anything. I was about to think he died standing up. I really wish I knew what he was looking at.
