When my Exchange email account receives a new email, the phone does the alert it is supposed to (in this case, it makes the Bamboo sound and vibrates, or just vibrates if it is in Silent)--but the phone does not wake from sleep. The screen never turns on, and the notification never makes it to Notification Center or to the lock screen as a notification, so you have no way of knowing what caused your phone to vibrate. A badge IS added to Mail.app's icon though.
DnD is off. The screenshot attached shows the settings for this particular email account under Notifications. Anyone ever experience this? I'm sure it's something incredibly simple, but for the life of me I can't think of what it might be.
