Phone wasting space? How much space is your "Other" category on your iPhone 6/6+?

What is the ratio of Other to everything else on your phone?

With apps music, photos, etc. all added up I have about 40GB.
The "Other" category when looking at itunes takes up 34GB.....

Is this normal? When I go to the Settings->General->Usage->Manage Storage, the Apps I see do not add up anywhere near 30GB...
