This morning I had 27 apps requiring updates. I clicked "update all" and all the apps hung at "waiting" for about 30 minutes. I turned my phone off and back on again.

The app icons were no longer showing "waiting" and no longer had the empty status bar below them. My AppStore icon still showed 27 apps needing updates.

But when I go to update them, I now get "all apps are up to date".

When I close that out, the AppStore icon does not have the "27" bubble anymore, but if you wait about 5 minutes, it reappears.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Any idea how to fix this and update the apps that are needing updates?
