Phone wont go into landscape mode

Any ideas of what it could be? Apps like text now and standard apps like safari, no landscape mode in any of them

I have a jailbroken 3gs on 4.0.1 ...I havent installed any new apps lately

any ideas? could it be that i have updated a few apps?

i happened to me once before on my old 3g. it stopped working after a slight drop. within a few days of me banging the phone on my hand, like i probably shouldnt have, it started to work again.

Dont give me that; its a feature that I had no idea was ever turn off able, in my almost year of having a phone, never ran across it and the button is right next to the last track button for the ipod on the mutlitask bar; we dont all know everything....im pretty tech savy and find the placement and explanation of it on the ios4 awful
