Phonecall handoff problem.. wish to disable.

Hi, I am on iOS 11, every single phone call I make/receive when I attempt to put my phone on speaker the option to handoff to my MacBook Pro or iMac appears on my iPhone. I have tried everything I can think of

Go to Settings - Phone - Calls on Other Devices, and turn off your MacBook Pro and iMac.
