I may need to write a very simple app ( i guess ) I wrote a native iPhone app more than 5 years ago, nothing more.
Since this app is really simple i was thing to PhoneGap or Cordova, as far as i know source code is wrote in HTML / CSS and JS
what is confusing me is if i should go with cordova or phonegap
phone gap should be an extended cordovan, since is based on it
with cordova all process is free but with phonegap i may have some cost

I don't really understand what this cloud service does and if is necessary to get final package to submit on upstrore
would phone gap make me save much time over cordova?
since i need to quote the project how many hours should i consider for sign up and submit the app to both iOS and Android store?
