How were you able to pull up your tracking number?
How to pull up your tracking number:
Go to Track by Reference Number and fill it out as follows:
Shipment type: package
Shipper account: blank
Destination country: blank
Destination ZIP: blank
Date range from: today
Date range to: today
Shipment reference: order number without the last two digits (do not omit letter W)
Alternative shipment reference: your 10-digit phone number without spaces, dashes, dots, parentheses (for example, 3107935332)
