Phones4U goes into administration - iP6 customers pre-orders safe?

Well all the staff are not in the office today.. so whoever has ordered through them- should cancel-get a refund and reorder through another provider.

Not worth sitting and waiting to see if someone help phones4u out of administration.
 
Bbc news said any iP6 orders wouldn't be fulfilled, but you'll obviously be refunded :(

I would wait until further instructions from Phone4U, they'll probably contact all affected customers once their plans are confirmed. But I'd be certain that you're not going to get the iPhone 6 and would recommend you start looking for another supplier.
 
Still uncertainty about whether the Administrators will be taking the deposits and using them to pay off creditors or not. At the end of the day, no-one in P4U has any say over this, not matter what they wish, after the company goes into the hands of the Administrators.
 
PwC have just announced that Phones4U preorder customers won't be getting their refunds and as they're being regarded as unsecured creditors.

Ouch. Sympathies to those affected. :eek:
