Photo Album Displaying Last Photo Taken or Saved

Wrong Thread - please delete

When viewing my photo albums on the iphone the "Camera Roll" album always displays the last photo either taken or saved.

Is there a way to select the photo that is displayed or to turn off the feature of showing any photo at all?
