Photo Album header overlay blocking albums

Hi. I've got a 3gs running 4.3.1. Over the last few weeks I have been having on-and-off problems with the photo album display. The header that states "Albums" is overlaying the albums themselves rather than being displayed above the albums. This means, I cannot choose my top-most album. In order to select one of the images, I'm having to open my camera app and select the photo album from there so that I may attach a photo/video to a mms or email.

I'm attaching a screenshot of the album. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to correct this issue? Thanks!!

It happened to me too. Turn off your phone and turn it back on. It works for me! It went back to normal.
