Yep. I'm using an album on my SS first gen, and both of my wife's (Series 0 and Series 2) are running albums for their watch faces.

Is it an option under watch faces? I don't see where to create that watchface?

You need to sync an album and than it will appear under the watch faces tab on the phone app.

Thanks! Feel stupid for missing it. The sample face shown was alongside the other photos and it didn't appear to be an album.
