Have others noticed the puzzling change to photo album backgrounds?

Someone at Apple thought it was a great idea to have a photo as the background to your album photos…

(Apparently it happens when you have Reduce Transparency ON in Dark Mode).

Finally found a solution to this mess - Settings > Accessibility > Per-App Settings > Add App: Photos > Reduce Transparency > OFF…

That should black out the background without impacting other Apps in Dark Mode…

Awesome, thank you! I hated this new thing with the photos app. I was taking screenshots of a black screen to put in albums, but I had to repeat that often for the screenshots album to keep it at the top. It was kind of a pain so really grateful for this solution!!
