iPhone 12 Photo app editing iPhone 12

I’ve noticed when im done editing my video with the photos app it seems to take forever to save. I’m pretty sure my iPhone 11 Pro was way faster like almost instant. Probably 10 seconds max. With my iPhone 12 mini, it takes forever and I can’t leave the app or else it would restart the saving process. Does anyone else notice how slow it is to save after editing?

wow nobody? I wonder if it’s because I shoot in most compatible instead of heic. Will have to give that go the next time I shoot video.
