I received my 6 (64g) on launch day and by the next day all of my apps and photos were updated (I'm optimizing iphone storage). I went to look at an older photo just now (from earlier this year) and when I drill down to the photo I get a little circled exclamation point in the bottom right of the picture.

So I went to settings, icloud & photos & it's updating it all over again. I have thousands of photos & it took a LONG time the first time.

Has this happened to anyone? I was wondering if this was related to my other problem (that no one responded to): https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1785425/

Photography is very important to me & I'm going on a trip in a few weeks. Hope this is all fixed by then. :(

No one is having this problem with their icloud photo album? I see all of my pictures (like 5000 of them) but when I click it it does not download the full resolution copy. I just get the stupid exclamation point.
