Photo App that is impossible to find.. =X

It's an app that has one photo behind "borders" or "frames" whatever you want to call it.

And you can make certain areas of that photo that are under the "frames" go through the middle area of it. Which makes it look like that one part of the photo you put over is coming out in somewhat of a 3D way.

If anyone can help me find this app, it would be greatly appreciated.
