Photo app w/ more frame options?

I've got quite a few photo apps but none of them really have many framing options. I've tried many of the more popular ones but I use mainly Camera Bag & Lo-Mob for quick post processing and PhotoForge for more detail. Hipstamatic has interesting filters and I actually do like the frames/film they have but you have to use the app to take the picture, it's not a post processing app, which I hate.

Can anyone recommend another photo app w/ more frame options?

Try out Photogene.
