Photo attachements from Mac mail not showing in Outlook

So tired of sending Windows people mail with photo attachments they dont "see" or that get distorted.
Im sure theres a solution for it, anyone?

Ok, well I send jpegs in Mail all the time and it works fine. The ones I send are usually temporarily on the Desktop, but should work from any folder.

Are you using Mail? Outlook? ...something else?
What OS version are you on?
