Photo/blog(?) updating while traveling...

Hello everyone.

I will be going on a four weeks trip through the US. Friends have asked me to keep them updated through some kind of "photo-blog".

What is the best way to do so?

Blogger, Picassa, Flickr, etc.?

I also want to write a bit just to outline the trip while I'm on the road. I will only carry an iPhone with me for taking pictures and accessing the web.

Any input is very much appreciated.

I actually find Facebook very useful for this sort of thing. Your FB friends get alerts and your albums are easy to access at a site they're already loading.

If your friends are on Facebook, I'd post there.

I'm afraid not all of them use facebook and I also wouldn't want everyone to see those pictures.

I have a blog on wordpress.com and there is an app that makes for easy posting. You just have to register and start your blog, then download the app and post whenever you like; I'd highly recommend it.
