So, my photo booth booth effects are not working. They were working perfectly fine before, but now comic book, color pencil and pop art arent the same. Any figure that its photographing looks black and comes out black. Theres no shading. Help? Why is it doing that?

When I watch the pictures I see nothing wrong. I probably don't understand you right. Cause I can see colours and distinction between shades.

You're problem might be the light on your ceiling. The camera automatically adjust light input on how much it gets. The lamp on your ceiling gives a lot of light, so the macbook sets the camera to less sensitive so the lamp isn't too bright, but the rest becomes darker as well.

To solve this you should make the picture somewhere else or adjust the angle of the screen so you don't see the light.
