iPod touch Photo Booth question...

In front of my Mac.
I have a Touch, and an iMac that has Photo Booth and iSight. I also downloaded an IM app for the Touch that supports photo sending. Is it possible to take a pic in PB, and get it on the Touch? Is there a way to sync the Photos from a specific folder on the iMac so they show up on the Touch? I hope this makes sense...:cool:
 
Plug in your Touch, and in iTunes, choose the "Photos" tab, and then you can choose to import photos from iPhoto, or a specific folder.
