Not sure if this is the right place...Whats the easiest way to make a photo collage. I have office suites...can it be done there. Can on iPhoto, but only on there templates, at least thats what I understood? Oh...and I'd like to shrink the photos to about 1/4 of the size as well.

thanks for pointing me in the right direction

If you have Pages for Mac, try File -> New from Template Chooser... -> Miscellaneous -> Education Scrapbook for a sample you can start from. To add images you can drag image files from the desktop, a folder in the Finder, or drag photos straight from iPhoto into Pages. To make the collage you can insert and remove images, resize and rotate them, set which one is in front or back, add text, and so on.

The Pages application certainly isn't specific to making photo collages, but it has plenty of general purpose features if you have your own collage design in mind.

And if you really want to create a scrapbook of your own design, you can start from a blank document in any page-layout program.
