photo could not be synced n cydia crashes???

everytime i try to sync my iphone, it pops up an error msg saying that "pictures"' folder could not be found and no pictures can be synced..

also i have no idea y the hell my cydia crashes every single time wen i start it up... it just goes bak to the home screen.....
