Photo editing on iPad

I am looking for an App that is good for photo editing. Basically after something with the functions of Photoshop (layer editing etc) but for the iPad 3.

I have seen lots in the photo section on the App Store but wondered if anyone on here uses any of them and can recommend one. Don't mind paying so long as its worth it.
