Since the update to Ventura 13.2.1, it is impossible to edit photos. Typically I click on the photo want to edit, it opens to a larger view and then I have the edit options.Nothing happens at ALL when I try this now. It is definitely related to the update as this just started after update was completed. Any suggestions or fixes? Thanks.

Thanks for these links; however, double clicking on a photo in Photos does nothing. It doesn't open the editing options; I've working on Macs for about 15 years and I've always double clicked on a photo in both iPhoto and now Photos, but picture doesn't even enlarge.
Actually I have solved this issue. I went into settings and looked at my pointer controls and trackpad settings. I experimented a bit and was able to get everything back to normal. I can only guess that somehow with update, perhaps it changed some settings.
