Photo filter app

Hi. Using my friend's S3 the other day I noticed that I could apply filters like black and white prior to taking the photo. What app does this for iPhone? Something like Instagram, just that I want to apply the filter beforehand and save it to camera roll and not share.

I know aremaC (Camera spelled backwards) does it. It comes with a few built-in filters to choose from, an on-line library to get more user-made filters, and then you can make your own. It also shoots video. I haven't played with it much yet, but it seems pretty decent.
