Photo FX App?

Hey, does anyone know what happened to the Photo FX photo editing application that was displayed during the March 6th Keynote by Apple?

If not, is there any Photo editing app (no hacking!) you know of out yet?

The closest thing to what I'm looking for is Sketches, but that doesn't let you crop, rotate, resize, or do most other basic photo editing tasks.
