iPad Pro Photo help

I have a Macbook Air 2019 OS is Catalina, and iPad Pro 12.9 OS is ipadOS 13.1.13. I organized my photos on my iPad. How do I get my organize photos from my iPad to my Macbook (unorganized photos) while keeping the photos organized? Thanks teqmter
